Thank you for shopping with Aura Collectives.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Aura Collectives online store are processed and delivered.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, subject always to your rights under applicable South African law.
1. SHIPPING METHOD
Aura Collectives currently uses Aramex Store-to-Door for deliveries.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Our estimated delivery timeframe is:
8–11 BUSINESS DAYS
The estimated 8–11 business day delivery period applies from the time your order has been processed and dispatched.
This is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after successful payment has been received.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, the delivery is subject to the courier's delivery network and operational procedures.
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.
4. COURIER DELAYS
Aura Collectives makes reasonable efforts to ensure orders are processed and dispatched promptly.
However, Aura Collectives will not be responsible for delays caused solely by the courier or by circumstances outside Aura Collectives' reasonable control, provided that Aura Collectives has otherwise complied with its obligations under applicable South African law.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control may include, but are not limited to:

Once an order has been handed to Aramex, Aura Collectives cannot control the courier's exact delivery schedule.
We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery enquiries where appropriate.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights a consumer may have under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, or any other applicable South African law.
Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right to cancel, obtain a refund, return goods or exercise another remedy because an order has not been delivered within the applicable agreed or statutory period, that right remains unaffected.
14. CANCELLATION OF ONLINE ORDERS
Certain online transactions may be subject to a statutory cooling-off right under South African law.
Where the statutory cooling-off provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act apply, a consumer may have the right to cancel the transaction within the applicable statutory period.
